The Cliff at Cap Maison

If the combination of great food and unbeatable scenery is what you’re after, you definitely have to try The Cliff at Cap Maison. The Cliff offers incomparable seafood and other gastronomic delights – prepared by an award winning chef – for you to enjoy on a bluff high above the Caribbean Sea.

The Coal Pot Restaurant

Every day, local fishermen bring their boats right up to the Coal Pot restaurant to sell their catch, and the chef, Xavier Ribot, wades out ankle deep to get the best.

That’s the signature of The Coal Pot, the use of simple, fresh, Caribbean ingredients combined to create a French fusion menu. The food is never over the top, but well-seasoned with fresh herbs (lots of cilantro) and is well presented. Coal Pot staples include barracuda, kingfish, yellowfin tuna, dorado, lobster, and snapper, which are served with a choice of five or six sauces. And while the restaurant is famous for its fish, the menu also includes duck breast, beef tenderloin, lamb filet, and callaloo soup.
